Tournament Registration

Once a Regional is completed, the date and location that show in the Regional Descriptions is for the State Tournaments. 2014 State Team is March 14, State 9-12 Individual is March 14 and 15 and State K-8 Individual is March 15.

Registrations must be completed by 11:59pm of the last date listed for the tournament. There will be no registrations available after that time. There are no registrations on site at the tournament, but substitutions will be accepted.

Players should arrive at all tournaments between 8:30 to 8:45am. Players arriving after 8:45am may forfeit their first round game. Completion time is dependent upon many variables and cannot be accurately predicted. If there are any time differences they will be noted in the Regional Descriptions.

Registrant Agreement *

Refund policy: Refunds will be made minus an administrative fee of $5 if cancellation is received three days before the tournament.

Registrants (coach or parent) are responsible for accurately entering:

  • The school where the player is enrolled
  • The correct grade level
  • The appropriate region
  • Accurate NWSRS rating (Players without an NWSRS rating should enter their grade level times 100)
