Regional Tournaments will be held between January 21st and Februay11th. The State Championship Tournament is March 2nd and 3rd.

Refund policy: Refunds will be made minus an administrative fee of $5 if cancellation is received three days before the tournament.

* By registering I agree to accept responsibility for the safety of the child/children being registered and I have read the following information: We will be checking players and player ratings prior to the tournament. Registrants (coach or parent) are responsible for accurately entering:

-the school where the player is enrolled
-the correct grade level
-the appropriate region
-accurate NWSRS rating (Players without an NWSRS rating should enter their grade level times 100)

Misstatement of information will result in immediate disqualificiation of the player from this year's tournament and possible consequences for future tournaments.

	Late Registration: $40.00 per player.
